Handle all aspects of claim from property damage to negotiation, evaluaton and settlement of injury claims. Experienced with using Colossus as well as completing BI evaluation without the aide of a computer program. Set and maintain accurate reserves, diary and updated liability and reserve analysis. Claims experience with stacking coverages, fatalities, scarring and coverage investigations. Work closely with management on files that are preparing to go to litigation and responsible for making sure that all documentation is available that may be needed.
