Daily Duties at Dimont & Associates:

Responsible for recovery of subrogation monies for damages to foreclosed properties. Handle property damage claims for mortgagee's, lenders, etc. Responsible for review of damages, policy limitations and understanding what is a covered loss. I also filed police reports and completed proof of loss forms on behalf of the lender. Pursue damage claim after determination of carrier, whether retail or force-placed. Monitor file to determine whether additional information is necessary. If so, obtain that information such as inspection reports, foreclosure deeds or loan origination documents. Rebut denials to recover insurable losses according to the language of the particular policy in force.
