Daily Duties at State's Attorney Bad Check Program:
• Responsibilities include contacting and maintaining relationship with merchants in 6 counties. • Monthly Community and Jurisdiction reports, weekly reports. • Meeting with State’s Attorney’s Liaison to review monthly report. • Contacting merchants by phone to educate them on the program. • Being involved with any State’s Attorney campaign. • Being involved in community events. • Maintain and organize all paperwork in home office. • Presentations to all businesses, civic and community organizations. • Cold calling, canvassing, mailings, e-mails and telephone calls. • Notary public
