Daily Duties at Words Of Wisdom, Llc:
As Warehouse Manager, fully responsible for • Administration of departmental goals and budget • Interviewing and hiring of warehouse associates • Methods training of all warehouse associates in all inbound and out bound functions, safety training of all WoW associates, and the training and certification of all MHE operators • Administering reviews, corrective/disciplinary actions, and departmental cross training for all warehouse associates • Scheduling and assignment of all receiving, put away, replenishment, and shipping to assure the timely and accurate completion of all tasks which has lead to achieving a mark of 98% of pieces being shipped at lowest freight cost • Developing and maintaining performance metrics for all warehouse associates and tasks • Resourcing and purchasing of warehouse supplies
