Results included a continuous decline in the number and severity of production problems. - Implemented a telecommuting program that helped attract and retain qualified technical resources. - Proposed an employee recruitment bonus program that was adopted at the corporate-level. HR reported that the program reduced hiring costs and increased employee retention.
