- Managed projects for the corporate intranet, AAA.com consumer web, PeopleSoft and other non-insurance / corporate software, and PC/server technology. - Managed resources responsible for maintenance and production support. - Continuously increased intranet usage and user satisfaction by utilizing analytics and user feedback to define requirements for process improvement projects. - Initiated actions necessary to maintain performance standards and meet SLAs. - Controlled department costs by participating in annual budget planning, closely monitoring actual costs against budget plan, and scrutinizing variances. - Managed and prioritized project requests by collaborating with business partners to develop requirements, Business Cases, time and cost estimates, and Cost/Benefits Analysis. – Upgraded 6,000 desktop and laptop computers at six AAA clubs in eight states to Windows XP to meet corporate standards. Managed $6M project budget resulting in a completed project $800k under budget. – Upgraded PeopleSoft Human Resources and Financial applications to release 8 to stay current and supported. Transformed infrastructure to web-based platform. – Integrated AAA Chicago, Nebraska, and North Dakota processes and personnel onto Auto Club Group’s PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Benefit applications when those clubs were acquired. – Upgraded intranet production infrastructure to increase capacity and improve reliability (clustered servers with failover and shared storage) – Built pre-production environments for the intranet to create safe environments for development and testing and reduce risk to the production environment – Implemented RedDot CMS (content mgt system) and LiveServer (personalization) to formalize content authoring processes, deploy initial personalization, and lay the foundation for developing the intranet into an employee relationship management system – Implemented BricsNet Building Center and hosting services to support Real Estate Services processes and data.
