Daily Duties at At&T:
Business operations support to the Regional Sales Vice President for five-state region. Budget management planning and allocation, quota distribution, and revenue and sales performance management. Budget management $16M annual. Revenue management $575 million annual production. Manage human resources including hiring, recruitment, and performance management. • Prepare complex financial models for evaluation of revenue and production to outlook and plan deviations. • Produce detailed analysis and reporting tools and tracking mechanisms for identified revenue and retention income streams. • Key interface point between headquarters segment VP staff and region for all phases of sales and performance reviews for region. • Human Resource support to Sales Center Vice president (Denver, CO) in the hiring, recruitment, skill enhancement and performance management functions for regional sales center. • Strategic reporting on headcount authorization for individual teams and initiates individual performance objectives for sales center employees. • Use and understanding of long-term strategic business issues to recommend and deliver business initiatives.
