Daily Duties at Seiu:
Recruited to performed overall guidance and direction for meeting projects from start to finish that included town hall meetings, training workshops and arranging hotel blocks and onsite logistics for ground staff and volunteers working the presidential primaries Developed RFPs, tracked event/meeting budgets, site-visits for meetings ranging from 10-500 attendees Negotiated, reviewed, and made recommendations to hotel contract language. Trained entry level meeting planners.
