Daily Duties at The Boeing Company:
Provide immediate assistance on assignments needing experience in meeting planning, executive office administration and customer service. Currently assigned to the law department managing the following tasks: Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements; Generate expense reports. Plan and implement logistics for executive level internal and external events. Perform the following tasks for multiple attorneys/managers on the executive payroll: Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements; Perform research in Lexis Nexis, BOLTS, and track attorney CLE compliance
