Daily Duties at Custom Credit Systems Inc. :

Work directly with mega national banks that are customers of the company during system development lifecycle. My primary job functions included: • Analyze, develop, document business requirement specifications submitted by clients. • Collaborate with client bank and recommend system enhancements to the existing requirements to achieve desired goal. • Design use cases based on the scenarios submitted by the bank and write requirement specs based on these use cases. • Recommend changes to screens specs to enhance their underlying functionality. • Create mapping documents to relate AFS mainframe fields used by the client as a system of record to the fields used in web tool and client server applications. • Map mainframe fields to the web and client server applications fields. • Lead conference calls with client bank frequently to ensure business specifications are met. Adapt quickly to changed specifications to meet client’s ongoing business needs. • Compose test cases based on the business requirements to ensure good implementation. • Make sure the specs are not ambiguous and not open to interpretation by the designer. • Implement the agreed upon requirement specifications. • Modify / add database tables and write stored procedures. • Craft complex SQL queries for client’s booking, productivity and queue reports. • Test the software based on the test cases to ensure all the specs are implemented. • Design project plan. Manage the time and allocated resources wisely to make sure deadlines are met and client receives best quality product. • Provide ongoing support to client bank and resolve any issues in a timely manner. • Track issues received from integration and user acceptance testing via Clear Quest and Mantis logging systems and make sure they are addressed in a timely manner. • Field questions and resolve any problems the client may come up with.
