Had a team of 35 staff which included two assistant managers a sales staff ,receiving manager and alterations team.Held accountability meetings where my team's sales exceededrevenue targets consistently.Possessed strong floor management abilitywith the focus on maintaining customer service excellence.Managed high performance retail team,trained staff members and provided evaluations which lead to their promotions. Established excellent rapport with vendor relations and community resources. Job duty consisted of scheduling and payroll forcasting resources in aligment with budgetary targets. Also responsible for managing he special order program,Purchased inventory and merchandising in compliance with corporate standards. Orginized special events and promtions to raise sales revenue.
