Responsible for the internal structure of agency, while using multi-leveled marketing techniques to increase revenue streams through corporate support initiatives, major donor involvement, development of new, special fundraising events, and extensive grant writing, as well as community outreach programs within the grade school system to promote anti-smoking. Strong public relations within the community, on-going communications among the staff and other local agencies to find the best resources to provide services for our clients. (Board was unable to make position full-time, and understood when my contract was up after a year)
