Daily Duties at Ontario Systems:

Responsible for full client support of critical communication software on a daily basis in a non-tiered environment including answering incoming calls, working backline tasks and partnering with development teams for final resolution. Environment consisted of complete ownership of tasks. ▪ Successfully supported complex proprietary software after completing corporate and onsite training. ▪ Resolved client issues using remote system access and/or phone only support and worked collaboratively with internal teams and outside vendors to provide workable solutions. ▪ Created 70% of the knowledge based articles for my team as well as other client documentation that saved incoming calls and hours of support time to clients. ▪ Served as a partner facilitator with outside vendors regarding their products to ensure that the client business model and needs were met and increased revenue for all parties. ▪ Communicated effectively at the user level and at multiple user levels on conference calls with vendors and clients using appropriate language so that the client/vendor grasped the information. ▪ Provided a broader spectrum of client support using previously gained technical support knowledge which was outside the normal expectations for the position and analyzed client systems to provide additional proactive support that enhanced client satisfaction. ▪ Compiled and wrote technical manual for Ontario Systems’ use of Experian Collection Advantage product and headed inter-departmental team including clients and vendors which have and will continue to produce income for Ontario Systems and Experian.
