Daily Duties at Regions Bank:

Responsibilities include imaging and scanning files, retail exceptions, ran mchines to open and sort large volumes of mail,letter opener and check key on a timely basis. On the Wholesale side, I processed accounts by hand, check key and mailed out all processed work for the day to the clients for review. Aditionally, other responsibilities included matching up payments with balances, balance multiple payments while ensuring all deadlines were met in support of the Lockbox Department and provided customer service to external and internal clients.
