•Involved in developing RWA and Top failure analysis reports with interacting business users and gathering report requirements. •Created business specifications and data requirements and Detail design specifications. •Used Framework Manager to build models, packages and publish packages to the cognos Server. •Created Complex Reports & Simple Reports using Report Studio and Query Studio. •Created multi page reports according to business requirements. •Generated/updated various reports List Reports, Cross-tab Reports, Chart Reports with ranking, and Drill -Through Reports using Report Studio. •Customized the reports/data by adding filters at Framework and Report level. •Created Private and Public Folders in Cognos Connection. •Created prompts, Calculations, Conditions, Filters using Report Studio. •Created Query Prompts and Prompt pages. •Developed reports using Conditional blocks & Conditional Variables. •Extensively utilized HTML and JavaScript in report development. •Worked with master-detail reports, formatting, conditional formatting, multi-query reports, Render Variables. •Scheduled Reports and Jobs to run periodically. •Developed Standard templates in Report Studio for developing reports. •Performed Unit testing for all developed reports. •Extensively used TOAD to run SQL queries and validate the data in reports. •Created Dashboard reports to show Dealer wise failures in Tabular, Summary and Charts. •Involved in pilot session of RWA report application and with the users. •Worked with the Cognos Support Team to resolve the issues.
