Daily Duties at Ultra Clean Technology:
Designed and analyzed gas delivery systems across several platforms and product lines utilized in semiconductor capital equipment. Researched and analyzed customer design specifications to determine feasibility of application and worked with account mangers and operations staff to fulfill design requirements. Analyzed electrical, pneumatic, and flow schematics to determine the most cost effective and efficient component layout. Performed Return Material Authorization Inspections and developed retrofit kits for gas panel designs. Designed new sheet metal, machined components, and tube assemblies required for varying configurations utilizing Pro Engineer Wildfire 3.0/Intralink software. Developed top level assembly drawings, sheet metal drawings, and component drawings utilizing ProEngineer. Released complete documentation packages including bills of materials (BOM) for each design project to the customer utilizing Windchill and Agile. Processed Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR) to update product changes needed on the manufacturing floor involving bill of materials and drawing changes. Managed project timelines and time critical deliverables for each design project. Conducted design review meetings with internal staff. Participated in customer presentations with sales and operations staff.
