Handling all aspects of project including budget management, subcontractor scheduling and oversight, plan review, daily reports, owner/company liaison and project flow for multi-million apartment complexes. Working knowledge of SWPPP, ADA and OSHA certification. Projects Included: • Serengeti Springs Apartments $17 million ∙ Architecture Belgique $487,000 ∙ Green Grove Apartments $9.6 million • Crestwood Apartments $1.3 million
