Major Contributions: • Designed and produced marketing communications campaigns and tracked effectiveness of advertisements, promotions, and event collateral. • Cultivated client relationships to assess needs and plan programs, logistics, and event schedules according to requirements. • Arranged the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, and other event needs. • Inspected event facilities to ensure conformance to customer requirements. • Maintained records of event details, schedules, requirements, contractors, and financing. • Process bills in accordance with company policy. • Conducted post-event evaluations to determine improvement opportunities.
