Director of ILF Awards Gala: Periods of Performance, 2007, 2008, 2009-Present Coordinated the Annual International Leadership Foundation (ILF) Awards Gala Dinner for 2007 and 2008. ILF is a non-profit organization that promotes the civic awareness, involvement and effectiveness of the Asian Pacific American (APA) community. Major Contributions: • Prepared and managed event budgets for vendors and hotel banquet orders. • Responsible for supervising administrative staff, provided direction to project team and placed a high priority on maintaining a high quality of standard in all aspects of project performance. • Planned and organize tasks to meet multiple competing deadlines. • Prepared and monitored cost estimates, budgets, work plans, timelines and status reports. Reviewed and reconcile meeting-related invoices. • Performed other duties as necessary to meet corporation goals and objectives.
