Daily Duties at Ge Money:
Responsibilities at GE Countrywide Credit and Risk Analysis Credit analysis and risk assessment of Personal loan/Mortgage application based on Customer risk and Channel risk and check whether he meets the MCP Analyzing the documents of the customer such as income documents, bank statements, CIBIL and deciding on a loan amount Signing of deviations for cases that do not meet all policy norms. Identifying any possible frauds and forged documents Analyzing the amount of risk involved by examining certain ratios such as IIR (Installment to income ratio) and FOIR (Fixed obligation to income ratio). Team Motivation Coach and mentor Relationship Managers to drive productivity and efficiency – consistently perform, exceed expectations and grow. Provide adequate sales support to maximize RM’s efficiencies Minimize attrition of team members Sales/Vendor Development: Hire, train new Vendors /Call centers &DST’s and motivate existing DST’s to ensure sourcing is carried out responsibly. Meet RACV targets, new loan targets, top-up targets, HTPL, Insurance and CAC. Organizing various marketing activities such as loan melas, road shows, canopy activities in coordination with the DST team for aggressive sourcing Market mapping for the Branch – Set-up optimal number of Distribution points Use creative tie-ups and low cost below the line options to drive Quality walk-ins to branch. Coordinate effectively with the internal telecalling team to close loop on leads and achieve target. Collections Collect on Pre FPD, FPD and SPD cases Coordinate with the collections team, analyze reasons of delinquencies and collect on 3 MOB – 8 MOB delinquencies
