Reconciling 22 bank statements, entering adjusting journal entries, calculating depreciation and amortization Completing financials that include cash flow statements, detailed asset and liabilities, and variance reports. Processing monthly and quarterly billings and payment receipts. Analyzing information and working with managers to insure accurate reports. Maintaining excel sub ledgers. Processing invoices for payment. Submitting 8 monthly sales tax reports. Calculating amortization and depreciation.
