EXPERIENCE 1. Amcol Systems(Medical Bill Collector ) May 2008- Present : Navigation through muliple queues within call : Third party medical collector : Maintaing Outbound/ Inbound calls : Giving superb customer service to all patients by displaying character / integrity : Givig 100% to collect the balance of debt in full during intial contact with patients : Documenting accounts accuratly and efficiently : Using the seven steps of collections on each call : Abiding by the FDCPA and HIPPA regulations : Taking payments over the phone through direct pay system : Requesting Itimized statements and Credit B. Removal on accounts
