Daily Duties at Sterling Commerce, Inc.:
Assisted finance users with application usage of internal business application used for Sales Order Processing, Technical Support and New Sales. Developed application fixes to Tables, Forms and Reports as required. Assigned departmental project champions for new system release changes and scheduled departmental meetings to discuss business requirements & usages. Documented business requirements and process documents for review & discussion with Developers prior to Design phase. Developed User Guides, Release Notes and Application Feature documents for internal customers prior release roll to production. Worked with Finance department as secondary support for JD Edwards AS400 application used daily. Completed consolidation project of internal SOE application per accquisition of European & Asia Pacific offices. Traveled to London, Germany & Amsterdam offices to implement centralized application software and database housed in London office with Citrix logins from Germany & Amsterdam financial/sales sites.
