Daily Duties at Adx Advanced Data Exchange:
Provided superior Customer Relationship Management for Enterprise customers worth 2.5 million in revenue to the company. Supported Hub customers with daily transaction processing, new EDI business development as liason between the customer & our Help Desk, Implementation, Management & Development staff. Conducted onsite business planning and review meetings with Enterprise customers. Attended weekly conference call meeting with customers to discuss internal business processes and new business activities. Attended ADX Business Reviews with Executive level staff and developed presentation materials defining developement within Industry Enterprise Accounts and future planned develop activities. QA Testing Specialist - Conducted functional, regression, system & user acceptance testing of entire new industry EDI Maps and communication protocol setups. Logged defects for development fixes and retested map until pass on test cases. Developed test cases, test plans and test scripts. Developed Customer Reference Guides as educational documents for suppliers conducting business with Enterprise Accounts. Developed online Document Repository for Technical Support Call Center to aid in understanding specialized customer maps and improve time spent per call. Attended training with QA & Developement team in California. Attended Ecommerce Consultant conference calls as Technical Liason on new Pre-Sales developement calls.
