Daily Duties at Boardroom Software, Inc.:
Provided Level 1-2 Technical Support & Implementation to new customers who purchased our software. Assisted IT personnel with installation and configuration support on SQL Server 2000 & 2005 database, Citrix Winframe & PC workstation software installation. Supported CFO's, Controllers & Accounting Managers with Data Migration Imports & Equity Compliance software usage understanding. Team member of Quality Assurance responsible for Functional, Regresssion, System, Integration, Performance, Stress & User Acceptance testing. Developed Test Cases, Test Plans, Test Scripts and assisted Developer with Automated Test Scripts per scheduled release roll-outs, fixes and changes requests. Logged Bug/Defects into TFS for Development. Provided Testing reporting for weekly project status meetings. Developed redesign of application Online Help using Help Studio3. Developed User Guide sections, Implementation Guide documents and Release Note documents for customer base prior to build cutover to production.
