Provide administrative support to the Director. I have experience in the following administrative duties: typing, filling, maintaining logs and records, drafting letters and memos, and preparing reports. Other experiences are processing, posting, and reconciling payroll to Cougar Mountain as well as electronic payroll transfer. I assist in the preparation of the annual budget. Process expense reports, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, and inventory. Process and pay state and federal taxes. Post client payment to Grant Management System (GMS). Reconcile bank statements. Draft loan payments from Trustmark National Banks. Maintained and analyzed confidential records. Developed and utilized data entry spreadsheets.
