Daily Duties at Ing Americas:
Director AIS (Americas Information Systems) Program Delivery 12/02–12/03 As the ING Transition Manager, I managed the ING Outsourcing Transition team for an IBM Outsourcing project. We evaluated ING’s Strategic Outsourcing options based on a yearly IT Infrastructure budget of over $100M which resulted in a $600M+ outsourcing agreement. I led this team to develop the ING business case by coordinating teams, presentations, reporting and insuring the financial accuracy of operations.
