Daily Duties at Brookhaven Health Care Facility:
• Assisted Geriatric residents with ADL’s, monitoring and documentation of intake and output, skin assessment, bowel movements, meal and snack intake. This position required care of 8-13 patients varying from shift to shift and number of nursing staff available. Patient care also varied from minimal assistants to complete care.
