Daily Duties at W 2 Contractor Training And Development:
• Bayer/The Training Pros: Jun 2007 – Feb 2008 Software Trainer - Trained sales reps, managers using CATS; contact manager tool customized for detailers and pharmaceutical staff. This software platform is designed to directly interface with many corporate interdepartmental applications. Training consisted of instructor-led classroom sessions, virtual-led, power-point presentations using CBT via Web-Ex. Classes covered topics on daily tracking and monitoring of all physician calls, employee performance of their daily routines, sample ordering databases and inventory control interfaces, management sessions covered employee accountability, performance appraisal tools, management reporting functions. • T-Mobile/Berkley Training: Apr 2007 – Jun 2007 Software Trainer – Trainer assigned to the New Jersey Engineering Field Network Operation Center (NOC); Instructed managers, supervisors, technicians on the replacement of existing Remedy software with a new trouble ticketing system using Citrix. Designed and created technical content, power-point slides for instructor-led, virtual-led CBT via Breeze. All users trained on infrastructure upgrades, conceptual overviews, interface designs, improved tracking & monitoring capabilities and new network outage escalation procedures. • Cingular/The CGS Group: Jan 2007 – Apr 2007 Software Trainer – Trainer for administering Cingular data literacy courseware to retail sales professionals. Instruct sales, supervisors, managers, VAR on overall device capabilities, applications, shortcuts, functionality that will support use over the Cingular 3G data, voice and video wireless network. Instruct sales and staff on all 3G phones, PDA, handsets, all their operational capabilities.
