Structured, developed and assumed the helm of engineering consulting firm providing professional engineering services for public and private sector encompassing power system and electronic control planning, electrical design, construction coordination and management, and maintenance support for transmission and sub-transmission lines, electrical substations, circuit switching stations, and electrical power distribution systems. Primary business driver and lead consultant, providing technical and financial proposal and project management oversight. Directed hiring and subcontracting of mechanical, civil and electrical engineers, land surveyors and work crew. Identified, secured and led numerous complex electrical design and electronic control projects, HVAC/fire protection and alarm systems, lighting and sanitary water systems for Pfizer Pharmaceutical and American Cyanamid Corp. Directed the planning, design, construction, operations and maintenance of electronic systems from high voltage/low voltage distribution systems, substations, on-site and stand-by generation to emergency plants and alarm systems for industrial sites under the umbrella of Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO). Designed and directed construction of 38,000 V emergency substation for Cazador Apparel, Inc., and managed transfer of electric plant facilities from Mayagüez to new Camuy manufacturing site. Designed, constructed and installed electric power system, substation, lighting layouts, as well as mechanical design for fluid machinery to include turbines, pumps and compressors for Multicolor, Inc. Installation of electrical, controls, and mechanical system for water and waste water treatment plants.

My way of work is plenty of love.
First I define a work, as the method used to interchange goods used to live. My idea is that a person exists to live. The work must be the natural action plenty of love, that everybody performs to obtain the necessary items to keep the life, like food, house clothes etc. Each person must feel love to their work, independent the labor performed. A psychologist repairs brains, a mechanic repairs car. What happens to the psychologist, when his car needs a repair or tune up? Obviously he needs the mechanic service, If the mechanic do not perform his professional work with dedication and love, the psychologist car probably runs up to the next corner. Similarity, if the psychologist does not perform his work with dedication and love, possibly we will find crazy people at each corner.
