All projects were completed on time and under budget • Responsible for Leasing Consultants, Fair Housing Practices, Community Relations • Created budget and expense analysis annually. • Developed and managed preventive maintenance programs with at 30% cost saving • Interfaced with building inspectors from the Fire Department, Insurance Companies • Compliance with State and Local Building Codes, Federal Cal/OSHA, Universal Building Code • Managed building emergency services such as fire sprinklers systems, “DRY” Fire Suppression System and emergency lighting for building • Schedule all interior and exterior work requirements • Ross Morgan & Company – Initial Assignment - Property/Association Manager Community Homeowner Associations Manager for seven major Associations.
