Production Manager 1995-1997 • Acted as an Operation Manager for about six months. • Oversaw production, day and night shifts up to 85 people, which included two supervisors, leads, technicians and assemblers. • Generated production budget and developed quality improvement plan. • Interfaced with engineers to resolve any technical issue. • Implemented work cells to increase productivity. • Worked with Planning and Purchasing Managers to come up with a revenue plan as well as identified material shortages. • Communicated with Customer Service Departments to clarify customers' questions, confirmed and resolved the issues. • Developed new production lines to support new products. • Worked with Quality Assurance to ensure all procedures updated and complied with ISO 9001. • Met Production Supervisors daily to make sure a revenue plan finished on time.
