Daily Duties at Idd Aerospace:
• Oversaw machine shop, stores, PCA, final assembly, painting, silk-screening and laser departments. • Maintained staff and equipment requirements to meet production goals. • Coordinated operations activities with 1st shift management • Ensured a safe, positive and encouraging work environment for all team members. • Participated in interviews, hiring, and performance reviews of second shift production. • Identified problem areas and took appropriate actions to resolve issues. • Ensured on-time delivery to the customer by maintaining productivity and following department schedules. • Ensured team members receive training in proper usage of equipment and process specifications using training matrix. • Participated in lean and improvement activities. • Assisted in special project when needed.
