Daily Duties at Washington Mutual 1031 Exchange :
Duties included processing client request for funds including Closing Funds, Earnest Money Deposits, Construction Payments, Refunds of Exchanges and/or Closing Agents. Responsible for Processing Accounting Funds (Form 593-B) to the Franchise Tax Board, Calculating Interest and Charging Fees, Booking Incoming Funds via Wire Transfer and Check. Basic Maintenance of Funds and General Account Questions regarding Escrow.
