Drove all facets of timely completion of this $50 million wireless installation for Hong Kong telecom provider Pacific Link through continuous coordination with project staff, vendors, contractors and customers.  Tracked all financial elements and assets with focus on fiscal conservatism and maximization of cash flow.  Created substantial labor savings by completing work three months ahead of schedule .  Hired and trained personnel to man an Implementation Department to support the roll out of the entire Wireless network, with Data and Voice Message Systems.  Supervised all installation, construction and configuration, as well as design of the Tower and microwave transmission system and towers to support the Cell Sites.  Completed installation of 150 cell sites in 90 days, months ahead of roll-out plan and all network and cell sites installation in done with a fraction of the manpower.
