Daily Duties at Lucent Technologies :
Selected to implement a $20 million GSM 900 expansion project for Celcom in Malaysia, including direct supervision of the project team working in four geographic regions, coordination with vendors and contractors and management of the project asset portfolio. Provided personal leadership, technical coaching and mentoring to 82 employees working in several departments on different aspects of the project.  Responsible for complete fiscal oversight, including tracking of billing, invoices and accounts receivable payments, as well as equipment inventories, revenues, and other cash flow-impacting items.  Successfully completed this installation under budget and on time, with strong customer satisfaction.
