Daily Duties at Lucent Tech:

Responsible for all phases of installation, configuration and troubleshooting of three major switching sites to serve New York City and New Jersey’s ATT Wireless system for telecommunications giant Lucent Technologies.  Set up three AT&T GSM switching ( MSC & BSS ) sites ( CORE ) and carried out upgrades to all related subsystems.  Supervised software engineers in the implementation, operation and maintenance of various network systems GSM G2 and TDMA and NCDMA. Coordinated with company personnel, vendors and the customers to drive implementation, remove roadblocks and ensure swift and timely delivery of equipment and services at reduced cost.  Arranged and supervised de-installation of older BSS equipment in all locations.  Instituted training program that improved team efficiency and productivity.
