Daily Duties at Northrop Grumman:
Provided Network and Desktop support to include troubleshooting and repairing network problems from router/switch all the way to the desktop computer. Used Ticket tracking system Called Remedy to track trouble calls and resolve tickets. Remote troubleshooting tools such as Dame ware, PC Anywhere, and SMS to fix desktop hardware and software related problems and manage inventory for over 5,000 customers to tier 2 level at Wright Paterson Air Force Base Ohio. Assisted Network Engineers installing new routers and switches in support of network updates. Reimaged new workstations for installation using imaging software such as Ghost and Image cast Used Norton utilities and System works for troubleshooting.
