Provided Troubleshooting over phone for Sprint cell phones P.D.A.s and sprint mobile broadband cards. Used online troubleshooting tools such as log-me-in rescue remote control program to remotely troubleshoot and fix customers broadband cards. Used SVIEW and C.S.M Customer Support Management programs for customer support for sprint customers and Blackberry admin tools. Used T.P. Host and Soft phone for call management.
