Daily Duties at International Career Development Center:
As Campus Director duties included managing the campus daily operations to Achieve revenue, profit & education goals. Recruited, hired, trained, coached & motivated staff. Assured campus regulatory compliance, developed a cohesive highly functional campus team. Managed P&L at the campus level. Interacted with corporate staff, attended scheduled regional meetings and represented the campus in community activities. Oversaw the overall appearance & administrative operations of the campus. Trained, supervised, coached and mentored admissions representatives to achieve Corporate sales objectives for a 500 student body Vocational College offering Allied Health, Paralegal, Graphic Design, Massage Therapy & Drug Alcohol Counseling programs. Traveled regionally to recruit, coach and supervise Director of Admissions/admissions representatives to accurately maintain reports of leads, appointments, interviews, enrollments and starts. Created and implemented marketing strategy. Conducted monthly, quarterly and an annual reviews. Developed external relationships I.E Rehab, WIA, TRA.& the Department of Social Services. Attended Job Fairs and High School Career Days. Built solid relationship with High school Career Counselors
