Daily Duties at Career Colleges:
Trained, supervised and mentored admissions representatives to achieve corporate sales objectives for a 450 student body Allied Health Vocational College. Offering Vocational Nursing, Ultrasound, Surgical Technology, Medical Assistant & Medical Billing. Applied quantitative methods of analysis to ensure desired conversions were secured monthly. Built solid collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels to attain a harmonious, positive working environment. Generated revenue through revenue through government agencies I.E. WIA, TRA, Rehab and the Department of Social Services. Managed reports and monitored admissions department to ensure staff remained efficient with corporate guidelines to make or exceed budgeted monthly starts. Attended High School Career Fairs & Job Fairs Built solid relationship with High school Career Counselors .
