Daily Duties at General Electric :
§ Work with the business unit portfolio managers, assisting in strategy development, tactical execution, acquisition, disposition and relocation. Specifics in lease renewal, negotiation, broker management, market surveys, and negotiating build out cost with in budget. § Complete financial models and projections to ensure that all FASB 113 and 143 regulations are met and or exceeded. § Responsibility for relationship management for specific specialty business unit’s Radio Pharmacy, Telemundo and Security. § Maintain project status and communications to senior leaders of each G.E. business unit that I support. § Ensure environmental compliance on all real estate transactions for designated business units
