Daily Duties at Maaco Franchising Inc:
§ Responsible for identifying automotive sites. § Working with franchisee, traveling and identifying possible sites § Confirm proper zoning and approval requirements § Assess time frames required to obtain necessary approvals § Assess cost to renovate and feasibility. § Negotiate lease and leasehold improvements with landlord. § Prepare materials for review and approval by franchisor. § Work closely with perspective franchisee and report regularly as to status of project. § Present regularly to franchisor as to project(s) status § Facilitated meetings with brokers for necessary information regarding potential sites (Asking price, site plans, plot plans, surveys, property taxes etc.)
