Daily Duties at Ground Probe North America:
* Received, Unpack and Deploy Slope Stability Radar (SSR)for mines within the USA and Canada. * Establish and ensured communication between the unit location and the PMP (Primary Monitoring Point) via networking and confirm the proper data and information is been received by the mine engineering department. * Provide support and educate personnel in the features and capabilities of the Radar. * Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electronic problem. Provide quick resolution and alternatives and restore service in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. * Submit daily reports to main office and mine management of performance and data collected by the system.
