Daily Duties at Edfinancial Services:
Prescreen and interview applicants applying for positions. Handle all of employee services. keep organizational charts up to date and maintain transfers/promotions/hires/terminations in HRB. Complete background, loan and reference checks for all new hires. Schedule introductory and annual reviews for all employees and input the information once the review is completed. Complete a financial funding report daily and update all hiring & staffing spreadsheets.
