At Ziyad, my role was to: * Optimize corporate inventory investment and increase fill rate by 8% while increasing inventory turns from 5.0 to 5.5 * Establish inventory performance metrics appropriate for the business * Identify distress inventory and formulate a plan to strategically move it out * Implement best practices regarding forecasting, purchasing, vendor management and warehousing * Develop training material and training staff to conduct physical inventory
