At NTN I was responsible for optimal procurement, storage and allocation of product to Industrial and Automotive OEM and Aftermarket customers. As such, the role entails responsibility for accurate PO and receipt records, with stewardship of inventory, warehousing and outbound freight. Performance in Operations at NTN is measured by the ratio of outbound shipments of product vs. the business plan, and the extend to which excess inventory is managed out of the inventory with the maximum recovery.
