• Created and submitted bids for residential and light commercial plumbing projects. • Supervised plumbing apprentices and journeyman plumbers in completing plumbing projects. • Supervised excavating crew for small excavating projects. • Created and managed plumbing and excavating project budgets and ensured each project came within budget parameters. • Supervised material and tool purchases for all projects. • Ensured equipment was maintained for safe and efficient use. • Performed final inspection of all projects to ensure proper installation and functionality of systems and fixtures. • Managed hiring, performance reviewing, and disciplinary action for employees. • Coordinated efforts with project managers and contractors to ensure projects were completed as specified in a timely manner.
