Responsible for preparing, reviewing and reconciling monthly financial statements for the corporate office and 7 branches offices. Performed fiscal close, and prepared Corporate and Partnership tax returns annually. Full responsibility for a bi-weekly payroll for multiple states and locations. Managed health, life and 401(k) administration for all employees. Prepared monthly commission statements for all travel consultants. Produced and distributed monthly productivity and sales analysis reports for management. Wrote and implemented company wide policies and procedure manual. Managed phone systems and information technology for all locations. Responsible for PC upgrades and maintenance. Was directly responsible for facilitating three mergers. Sole financial person for startup of an online travel site. Prepared Private Placement Memorandums (PPM’s) for distribution to prospective investors. Prepared financial reports for Ben Franklin grants. Negotiated contracts with Penn State University, Geisinger Health Systems and other corporate clients. Prepare annual budgets and forecasts based on prior financial data and seasonal trends. Bank statement reconciliation.
