Daily Duties at Alliance Wood Group Engineering:
* Process engineer for offshore and onshore oil and gas Projects. * Gained International experience working as a process plant engineer for critical update of REPSOL production platforms -Trinidad Tobago/Venezuela. * Worked on offshore production platforms to update and make the necessary changes required for the platforms. * Analyzed & recommended necessary changes for process design and process control system design on the platforms. * Performed line sizing calculations, PSV calculations, hydraulic calculations and Separation calculations. * Worked on debottlenecking projects of gas production platforms. Reviewed and updated the existing gas platform design for the present necessary requirements. * Recommended changes to the platform for back pressure scenario, shutdown requirements and the necessary flow capacity requirements. * Developed pipeline network for compressor station using PipeNet and PipeSYS software. * Worked on development and review of PFD’S, P&ID’s for gas supply projects. * Worked on heat exchanger rating and sizing using HTFS and HTRI tools. * Gained experience with process design safety standard codes. * Created and updated the process control philosophies and process design documents. * Attended offshore process safety training classes on API 14C conducted by Chevron.
